General Policy:

Once an order has been sold or shipped, it cannot be canceled. We may consider cancellation requests at our sole discretion.

How to Request a Cancellation:

To be considered, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to contact@thenirvaa.ae within 24 hours of placing your order.

Ineligible for Cancellation:

Cancellation requests will not be considered if the order has already been processed or handed over to our shipping agent.

Refunds and Store Credit:

We do not provide monetary refunds for cancellations. Instead, any approved cancellation will be issued as a store credit that can be used for future purchases. The validity period for the store credit will be communicated to you by TheNirvaa FZC LLC.
