Mandatory Unboxing Video: The customer must record an uninterrupted, clear, and unedited video of the unboxing process.
Video Start: The video must start with a clear view of the unopened, sealed outer packaging/shipping label showing the customer’s name and order details.
Continuous Recording: The recording must be continuous, without any cuts, pauses, or edits, and should capture the entire process from the first opening of the package until the product is fully unwrapped and inspected
Proof of Damage/Defect: If the item is damaged or incorrect, the video must clearly show the defect or the incorrect item as it is taken out of the packaging.
Video Submission: The unboxing video must be submitted along with the claim. Claims made without the required unboxing video may be rejected.

- All sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the size, color, and product details are correct before completing the purchase.
- Size guides and product details are clearly mentioned on each product page for your reference.
